Updated: Aug 21, 2020

Please ensure this document is read before attending, you should have received this upon booking.

  • Please expect that your temperature may be checked upon arrival.

  • Please do not attend your visit if you are showing symptoms or have been around someone who has contracted the virus within the last 7 days.

  • Contact details will have been required and will be kept on file for 21 days to implement track and trace.

  • Please ensure you maintain social distancing when outside of the Play Patch, while we check our customers in.

  • Sanitizing stations are available upon entry, in the seating area, sanitizer is available on each table and a hand wash station is provided at the back of the premises. Please ensure you sanitize your hands upon arrival and regularly throughout your visit.

  • We do not expect children to social distance but please do me mindful of other parents and children during your visit.

  • All tables have been spaced out to provide 2metres distancing.

  • You will see two fogging machines working throughout your visit. These machines are ecofriendly and safe for use around children and food. The machines will be disinfecting the air around you and the toys, while your children play safely. This ensures toys will be sanitized upon touch for another child to use.

  • When entering the premises, you will be required to wear a face mask. Whilst sat at your table, you may remove your mask and once you have ordered food or drink. Please replace your mask when going to the toilet or walking around the premises.

  • Food and drinks orders will be made as normal at the counter. Please only come to the counter when it is clear rather than queuing. Food and drink will then be brought to your table.

  • Please be prepared to pay using Card Payment only.

  • When exiting the building, please be mindful of other customers and ensure social distancing is maintained as you leave. Please do not gather around the door.

  • Where possible, please do not bring pushchairs into the premises. If required, please inform us upon booking that a pushchair will be present so we can ensure enough space is allocated.

  • Children and parents to remove shoes once in the premises to keep carpets clean. Please keep shoes, bags and coats with you, at your table.

  • If you are attending with a baby, please bring your own play matt, changing matt or blanket to place on the floor under the wooden baby gyms as we have removed the rugs that we originally present.

  • All of the above considered, we still want you all to behave as you would pre Covid19 and enjoy your visit, have a chat and be social while the children play. Even though you are at different tables, if you see someone on their own, please still open a conversation. We can still be social, while socially distancing. Lets bring a little bit of normality back to this situation for us and the children.
